Many states’ insurance regulators have issued guidance regarding business interruption insurance coverage as it applies to losses associated with COVID-19. We have created this interactive map to track the activity in each state and to provide direct access to such regulatory materials. Some states have also introduced legislation that would require existing business interruption insurance policies to cover losses arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are tracking that legislation here.
